Green Shield Environmental have extensive experience within social housing organisations on an ongoing basis, and have carried out full Management and Refurbishment & Demolition surveys to tenanted properties, as per clients’ specific lists and specifications.

We take responsibility for the contacting of tenants to book appointments for the required works and ensure the smooth running of projects on behalf of social housing organisations and a fast turnaround of final, full reports.

The reports issued are to facilitate a multitude of different projects, including new kitchen and bathrooms, windows and door replacements, roofing works.
