Resolution Interiors

Green Shield Environmental have been working with Resolution Interiors since 2017 as one of their approved asbestos consultants.  Resolution interiors have been trading since 1999 and are a turnkey fit out & refurbishment specialist.

One of the sectors that we assist Resolution interiors with is works for one of their large retail clients who are one of Europe’s leading home improvement retailers and are the United Kingdom’s largest multi-channel retailer of trade tools, accessories and hardware products.

The services we provide for this client include, Asbestos Surveying which incorporates, Management surveys and Refurbishment & Demolition surveys.  We also undertake Non-Licensed remedial works and have provided emergency response works including bulk sampling and air monitoring.

Refurbishment surveys are conducted to existing stores that are scheduled to have improvement works or upgrades to the existing services. In addition to our work within these stores, we also carry out a large volume of works in premises that are recently acquired prior to fit out or are being considered as a new acquisition store. 

The works in these stores are variable dependent upon the condition of the unit but generally include an extensive fit out to all areas and require a full refurbishment survey to be conducted throughout the unit.

In some of the stores where positive ACMS have been detected, we also assist in the provision of remedial action to ensure that the stores remain safe, compliant and have minimal impact on their operations.
